Lady Howard Level Crossing I trust this letter is well received.
As you will be aware, in April 2022 there was sadly a fatality when a pedestrian was using the Lady Howard Level Crossing which provides access to Ashtead common in your area. Since this fatality, Network Rail have been working closely with Surrey County Council to increase awareness about how individuals should use this type of level crossing as well as exploring possible improvements which would thereby reduce the risk of another fatality or incident.
