Epsom born. State educated.

Always a Surrey resident. Now living in Village Ward Ashtead. Retired. 19 years in timber trade, then own business run from Epsom supplying timber components to the furniture industry. Also owned part of a furniture factory in Hereford, now sold/closed.

Two children, five grandchildren, married to Signe (Danish).

Playing member of Ashtead Bowls Club, social member of Ashtead Squash and Tennis Club.
